About Bharat2 B

Bharat2 B is a growing B2 B platform simplifying custom manufacturing and procurement for businesses across India.

We work with startups, SMEs and established brands for products including custom packaging, printed materials, industrial supplies and other customized products.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can understand customer requirements, manage leads and convert opportunities into business.

What You’ll Do

- Handle inbound B2 B leads generated through our website and marketing campaigns
- Speak with business owners, purchase teams and decision-makers
- Understand product requirements, specifications, quantities and timelines
- Prepare and share quotations with prospective customers
- Follow up consistently with leads and move them through the sales pipeline
- Negotiate and close B2 B orders
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
- Coordinate internally with production, sourcing and operations teams




- Maintain proper lead and sales records
- Work towards monthly sales and revenue targets

Who We’re Looking For

- Prior experience in B2 B Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and Whats App
- Good follow-up discipline
- Ability to understand different products and customer requirements quickly
- Target-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of the complete sales cycle
- Experience in packaging, printing, manufacturing, industrial products or B2 B procurement is an advantage, but not mandatory
