nAbout the Role

nCordia Healthcare Private Limited is seeking a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, relationship management, market development, and participation in business activities and events.

nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective clients.
n
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, calls, digital platforms, events, and other channels.
n
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
n
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant Cordia products, services, and solutions.
n
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and regular follow-ups.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth client onboarding or execution.
n
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, meetings, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
n
- Work toward assigned business development, sales, and revenue objectives.
n
- Track market trends, competitor activity,



and potential opportunities for business expansion.
n
- Represent Cordia professionally at conferences, exhibitions, meetings, networking events, and other business activities.
n

nCandidate Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree related to Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
n
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Good interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
n
- Proactive, confident, organized, and target-oriented approach.
n
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
n
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
n
- Freshers and candidates with relevant business development, healthcare, or pharmaceutical experience may apply.
