Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDE) to drive our institutional outreach and student acquisition across Kerala.

In this role, you will be responsible for visiting colleges, building strong relationships with academic management and placement cells, securing appointments for seminars, and ensuring maximum student engagement and lead generation.

Open Locations & Territories

- Kochi Hub (South Kerala): Covering Ernakulam, Trivandrum, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Idukki, Kottayam, Alappuzha, Thrissur, and Palakkad .
- Calicut Hub (North Kerala): Covering Kozhikode, Kannur, Kasaragod, Wayanad, Malappuram and Malappuram.

Key Responsibilities
- Institutional Outreach & Relationship Building:
- Map and regularly visit Arts & Science Colleges, CAS (College of Applied Science) institutions, Engineering, and Technical colleges in your designated region.
- Build rapport with College Principals, Management, HODs, and Placement Coordinators.
- Seminar & Event Execution:
- Secure appointments for interactive seminars, management fests, management contests, and certification workshops conducted by Transglobe academic experts.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of campus events, ensuring smooth logistics and high attendance.




- Lead Generation & Data Collection:
- Drive student enrollment campaigns during workshops, seminars, and event days.
- Collect, manage, and verify prospective student database/leads for our admissions team.
- Conversion & Brand Promotion:
- Actively market Transglobe’s flagship programs in Logistics and Aviation to enhance brand presence across campuses.
- Take ownership of conversion metrics from lead generation to student inquiry and admission.
- Reporting:
- Maintain daily activity logs and report campus visits, appointments, lead volume, and conversion metrics to management on a daily basis.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, College Canvassing, or Institutional Sales (Education/EdTech sector experience preferred).
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district cluster on a daily basis.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English.
- Robust networking skills with a knack for opening doors at academic institutions.
- High energy, result-oriented, and target-driven mindset with a focus on conversion rates.
- Vehicle: A valid driver's license and two-wheeler are required for field work.
