Key Responsibilities :-Counsel parents and students about JR. MBA programs and benefits Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email Follow up with prospective parents and convert inquiries into admissions Build and maintain strong relationships with parents throughout the admission process Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets Maintain accurate lead records and updates in CRM software Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students Participate in admission campaigns, webinars,



and promotional activities

Requirements:- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or Admissions Counseling Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities Target-oriented and self-motivated personality Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management tools Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English preferred

Salary Bracket :- 20,000 to 30,000 per month + Company benefits
