Business Development Executive

Abtik Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. We are seeking candidates with same-industry experience who have a strong understanding of client handling, lead generation, sales processes, and business growth.

The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and capable of building strong qualified relationships while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, references, networking, and other channels
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements
- Present company services effectively to potential clients
- Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and client conversion
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Track market trends,



competitor activities, and business opportunities

Requirements:

- Prior experience in Business Development / Sales
- Same-industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
