Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and supporting the development of proposals and client pitches. The associate will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand service offerings, align solutions with client requirements, and contribute to revenue growth. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of business development activities and providing regular reports and insights to management.

- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or HR services will be an advantage.
