Pantone Apparels LLP is looking for a Business Development Associate to support sales growth, develop new markets, manage customer relationships, and coordinate sales activities with internal teams.

The role involves identifying current business opportunities, developing wholesale and retail customers, handling customer follow-ups, monitoring orders and collections, and supporting business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new wholesale and retail customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop assigned territories.
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential business partners.
- Present product ranges, pricing, and promotional schemes to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat orders.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor pricing, products, and promotional activities.
- Identify potential distributors, wholesalers, and high-volume retailers.
- Collect and accurately record customer orders and coordinate with internal departments.
- Monitor stock availability, pending orders, and dispatches.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team.




- Communicate company schemes and promotional programs to customers.
- Maintain customer and prospect information and update CRM/customer databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Provide management with market feedback, customer information, and competitor updates.
- Support new territory development, product launches, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.

Requirements & Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and prepare reports.
- Basic understanding of financial and collection-related matters.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to work with sales and customer-acquisition targets.
