We are a technology company building AI, Healthcare, EdTech, LegalTech, and Marketing Automation platforms. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to help expand our network, build partnerships, identify opportunities, and generate qualified business conversations.

We already use technology and automation tools for outreach. We are looking for someone who can personally engage prospects, build relationships, find opportunities, and convert interest into meaningful business conversations.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant online events, webinars, conferences, networking groups, communities, and industry associations.
- Register and participate in virtual events on behalf of the company.
- Engage with attendees, speakers, organizers, and potential partners.
- Build relationships through LinkedIn, email, online communities, and virtual meetings.
- Schedule discovery calls, demos, and partnership discussions.
- Identify potential clients, referral partners, consultants, agencies, educational institutions, and healthcare organizations.




- Conduct follow-up calls and meetings with interested prospects.
- Promote company products and services through professional networking and relationship-building.
- Maintain CRM records and track opportunities.
- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on growth initiatives.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
