We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with previous experience in selling IT or digital services to businesses.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound business enquiries.
- Speak with business owners and decision-makers to understand their requirements.
- Qualify prospects and conduct discovery/sales calls.
- Present our services, portfolio and proposed solutions.
- Prepare and send quotations/proposals.
- Regularly follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into paying clients.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and opportunities in CRM.
- Coordinate with the project team after successful closure.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in IT services/business development/sales.
- Previous experience selling websites, software, digital marketing, SaaS, mobile apps or related services.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation ability.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Target-oriented and capable of independently managing a sales pipeline.
- Valuable Hindi and professional English communication.

Compensation

Fixed Salary Attractive Sales Incentives

Salary will depend on experience and previous performance.

Candidates with actual IT services sales and client-closing experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
