About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Associate to join our GCC/Gulf Market Team .

The role involves connecting with customers across the GCC region, understanding their requirements, explaining Bhanzu’s programs, handling queries and objections, and supporting successful enrollments.

Work Mode: Work From Home

Market: GCC / Gulf

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1+ year

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers across the GCC/Gulf market.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable programs.
- Conduct counselling calls and explain Bhanzu’s programs and benefits.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Build strong customer relationships throughout the enrollment journey.




- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records.
- Work towards individual and team business targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or EdTech is mandatory.
- Solid spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience in customer handling, counselling, or business development is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working with customers from the GCC/Gulf region.
- Must have a personal laptop, stable internet connection, and power backup for WFH.
