As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying potential U.S. insurance prospects, initiating conversations, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate should be confident with cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential U.S. P&C; insurance agencies, brokers, MGAs, and other target accounts.
- Identify key decision-makers including Agency Owners, CEOs, Presidents, COOs, and Operations Managers.

- Conduct outbound prospecting through

- Cold calls

- Cold emails

- LinkedIn outreach
- Follow-up campaigns
- Qualify prospects based on their business needs, operational challenges, staffing requirements, and outsourcing potential.
- Clearly communicate Going Technologies' services and value proposition.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product/service discussions for the sales team.




- Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Manage and update leads, activities, conversations, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Research prospects and personalize outreach based on their business.
- Handle initial objections and identify opportunities for further discussion.
- Coordinate with the sales and leadership teams to move qualified opportunities forward.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and performance metrics.
- Meet assigned targets for calls, emails, qualified leads, meetings, and pipeline generation.
