WE ARE HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Advera is looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Associate to help us grow our client base across Kerala, especially in Ernakulam, Kottayam, and Alappuzha.

We are a growing digital marketing and technology company helping businesses build stronger digital growth systems through digital marketing, websites, SEO, performance marketing, CRM and automation.

Your Role

As a business development associate, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential businesses, build relationships with decision-makers, and generate qualified meetings for our founder and strategy team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients in Ernakulam, Kottayam and Alappuzha
- Focus on healthcare businesses, clinics and other growth-focused companies
- Conduct cold calls and WhatsApp outreach
- Visit potential businesses and build professional relationships
- Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Maintain daily prospect and follow-up records
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Update the sales pipeline and CRM
- Support referral partnership development
- Coordinate with the founder for client presentations and meetings
- Help achieve monthly business development targets

Who We Are Looking For




- 0 to 1 years of experience in sales or business development
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Fluent in Malayalam and comfortable communicating in English
- Comfortable meeting new people and visiting businesses
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Goal-oriented and interested in earning performance incentives
