Key Responsibilities

● Identify, prospect, and qualify recent business opportunities across international markets (US, UK, Europe, Australia).

● Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, and specialized channels.

● Craft customized, highly detailed proposals and bid responses tailored to specific client needs.

● Conduct initial requirement discovery calls and qualify client project objectives and budgets.

● Address and resolve prospect objections regarding pricing, project timelines, and technical scope.

● Lead negotiations and shepherd leads through the sales pipeline to successful closure.

● Coordinate with internal technical leads to prepare accurate project scopes and estimations.

● Build enduring client relationships to encourage long-term retention and referral opportunities.

● Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets. Required Skills & Qualifications

● 1 to 2 years of demonstrated business development or international sales experience in the IT domain.





● Outstanding verbal and written English communication and business correspondence skills.

● Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding, proposal crafting, and client messaging.

● Familiarity with LinkedIn sales outreach, social prospecting, and cold email workflows.

● Strong understanding of the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure. ● Basic conceptual understanding of services like Shopify, WordPress, custom web development, and SEO.

● Persuasive negotiation, active listening, and relationship-management skills.

Experience : 1-2 Years

Working time : 9 AM to 6:30 PM (45 Min Lunch Break)
