Role Overview

We're looking for a Video Editor to support our in-house creative team in producing corporate, social, and event video content. This is a hands-on execution role suited to an editor with solid technical fundamentals who is ready to work on a steady flow of varied projects under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into polished videos for branding, social media, and event coverage, following creative briefs and storyboards provided by senior editors or the creative lead
- Add transitions, basic motion graphics, lower thirds, and text overlays using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Sync audio, perform basic color correction, and ensure consistent audio levels across cuts
- Format and export videos to platform-specific specifications (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, internal portals)
- Organize and maintain the video asset library, including raw footage, project files, graphics, and music/sound assets
- Incorporate feedback from senior editors and stakeholders across multiple revision rounds
- Stay current with editing techniques and short-form video trends relevant to corporate and social content




- Utilize graphic design skills to produce visuals that align with our brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
- Capable of playing an active role in brainstorming and idea generation with senior members of the creative department to conceptualize world-class, innovative ideas that deliver successful solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of qualified video editing experience, ideally including corporate, marketing, or social media content
- Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; basic to intermediate After Effects skills
- Understanding of aspect ratios, resolution, and export settings for different platforms
- Color correction and audio sync/mixing skills
- Ability to manage multiple small projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating range across formats (short-form, event, corporate)

Good to Have

- Exposure to DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
- Basic motion graphics or 2D animation skills
