About the Role

Kajaria is looking for young and dynamic sales professionals to join its Sales Leadership Program as Business Associates.

The program is designed to build a strong pipeline of young sales talent through structured onboarding, market exposure, plant training, and performance evaluation. Selected candidates will be deployed at their respective target locations and will gain hands-on experience in sales and territory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Support sales activities and engage with customers and the market within the assigned territory.
- Develop a strong understanding of the assigned market and execute territory-level sales activities.
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Maintain regular sales updates, reports, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Participate in structured orientation,



display exposure, and plant training.
- Demonstrate learning, performance, and readiness for the assigned sales role.

Eligibility Criteria

- 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Candidates should be below 28 years of age.
- Prior sales experience is required.
- Candidates from any industry may apply, provided they have relevant sales experience.
- Candidate's base location should be the same as the target job location.
- Smart, presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Fluency in the relevant local language is essential.
- Average English communication skills are acceptable.
