Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in ERP/enterprise application projects. The candidate should be good at understanding business requirements, documenting processes, and working closely with development and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand and document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Create business process flows and functional workflows.
- Work closely with Product, Development, and QA teams.
- Explain functional requirements and business logic to developers.
- Review test cases and support UAT activities.
- Analyze change requests and perform impact analysis.
- Support product demonstrations and user training.
- Prepare functional documentation and user manuals.
- Understand ERP modules and cross-functional business processes.

Required Skills





- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience in ERP / enterprise application projects.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Positive understanding of business workflows and approval processes.
- Experience working with Jira / Azure DevOps.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and REST APIs is preferred.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Experience in ERP modules such as HRMS, Payroll, CRM, Procurement, Projects, Finance, ITSM, or Field Service.
- Experience working on both web and mobile applications.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Zoho, or similar.
