: The company is seeking a hands-on Business Analytics Lead/Manager to build their analytics backbone. This role involves integrating data from various sources, designing data pipelines, building dashboards to monitor KPIs, leading data science experiments, and creating visualizations. The candidate will own monthly MIS packs, present insights to stakeholders, and lead a small analytics team.

The position requires experience in data engineering, BI, and analytics, with a strong command of SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools.

Job Responsibilities

- Integrate and structure data from various sources.
- Design scalable data pipelines and build reusable data models.
- Build dashboards to monitor operational KPIs.
- Drive data-backed root cause analyses and generate actionable recommendations.
- Lead early-stage experiments for predictive insights.
- Own monthly and quarterly MIS packs.
- Lead and mentor a small analytics team.

Candidate Attributes

- Experience in operational analytics, business process improvement, or IoT/sensor data handling is a strong plus
- Effective communicator and stakeholder manager; comfortable turning raw data into crisp narratives
