As a Business Analyst, you will act as a vital bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams, translating complex business needs into actionable technical specifications. Qualifications

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
- Proven expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.




- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Elicit, define, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to guide development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring requirements are accurately implemented.
- Support solution design, feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and successful production rollouts.




- Perform data analysis to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in change management activities, including process documentation and the development of training materials.
- Ensure that all delivered solutions meet business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
