About The Role

We are hiring Business Analysts to join SkillsCapital, a top US multinational corporation, in a energetic and fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale enterprise projects, focusing on digital transformation, automation, and innovative technology solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

The position is fully remote, allowing you to collaborate with international teams and contribute to impactful projects that reach thousands to millions of users worldwide. The start date is immediate to within four weeks, providing a swift onboarding process for qualified candidates eager to make a difference in the digital landscape.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst. A strong understanding of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements is essential. Candidates should have proven experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving,



and critical-thinking skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with experience using collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, is highly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

Prior experience working remotely in distributed teams is also desirable.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Elicit, define, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to guide development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure seamless delivery.
- Support solution design, feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollouts to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.




- Perform data analysis to identify trends, generate business insights, and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in change management activities, including process documentation and training materials to facilitate smooth adoption of new solutions.
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope within established timelines.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
