Role & responsibilities

- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for Mobile Banking, Digital Banking, and Super App initiatives.
- Partner with business, product, operations, compliance, and technology teams to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Gap Analysis documents.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to design and optimize customer journeys, onboarding flows, and digital experiences.
- Collaborate with internal development teams and external vendors to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technology solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support API definition, integration requirements, and system interaction discussions across multiple platforms and channels.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate testing activities, track defects, and ensure successful business sign-off.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and issues,



and work with stakeholders to drive timely resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, including RBI guidelines, digital lending regulations, and information security standards.
- Analyze customer feedback, usage trends, and business metrics to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements.
- Support rollout, implementation, and post-production stabilization activities for digital banking initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Implementation Specialist, or Product Analyst in Banking, NBFC, FinTech, or Digital Payments domain.

Robust understanding of Mobile Banking and Digital Channel ecosystem.

Knowledge of UPI, BBPS, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, merchant payments, bill payments, and QR-based transactions.
