Job Title: Business Analyst cum Marketing Intern

Duration: 3–6 Months Internship

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Analyst cum Marketing Intern who can bridge data, operations, and growth. This role will focus on analyzing user behavior, optimizing parking operations, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive bookings and revenue.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis

- Analyze daily bookings, revenue, and occupancy rates
- Identify trends in peak hours, locations, and user behavior
- Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
- Track vendor performance and payout accuracy
- Suggest improvements for pricing, utilization, and operations
- Monitor app performance metrics (downloads, active users, retention)

Marketing & Growth

- Assist in executing campaigns (offers, coupons, referral programs)
- Track campaign performance (ROI, conversions, CAC)
- Coordinate on-ground marketing (posters, QR codes, banners)
- Support social media & WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Help improve app store visibility (ASO) and user acquisition
- Conduct competitor analysis (pricing, offers,



positioning)

Operations Support

- Work with vendors to collect:
- Property details
- Pricing & availability
- Usage & access details
- Help in onboarding new parking locations
- Ensure accurate listing of parking spaces in the app

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong analytical thinking
- Valuable communication & coordination skills
- Understanding of digital marketing basics
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a startup environment
