KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Analyst & Requirement Gathering Understand client business requirements and operational objectives Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications Prepare process documentation, workflows and perform gap analysis Collaborate with development teams to ensure clarity of requirements Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs

Client Interaction & Implementation Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients Assist in product implementation and onboarding activities Configure system rules and workflows based on client requirements Provide ongoing functional support and solution guidance to clients

Project Coordination Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects Track project progress and proactively identify risks or delays Assist in preparing reports,



release notes and user documentationSystem Monitoring & Analysis Monitor system performance, workflows and data movement Identify, analyze and escalate system-related issues Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems Ensure adherence to organizational Information Security policies and practices.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and a structured approach to work Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced environmen

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
