We are seeking a proactive, organized, and creative individual to manage our day-to-day operations, order processing, Marketplace platforms, e-commerce, backend management and assist in product launches.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Operations

- Act as a point of contact for various teams, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Manage daily administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently.

Database Management

- Maintain and update records of sales, inventory, customer data, and other relevant metrics.
- Organize and analyze databases to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

E-commerce Platform Management
- Oversee backend operations for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website.
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and up to date.
- Monitor inventory, update product details, and ensure accurate pricing and promotional offers.
- Handle order processing, shipping coordination, and tracking.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints related to e-commerce platforms.
- Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance and generate reports.

Product Launch Assistance





- Collaborate with the team to prepare for new product launches.
- Assist with creating launch strategies, including product descriptions and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design team for graphics and visual content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
