Process: HR Recruiter - Voice Process

Location: Ambegaon Bk, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with candidates.
- Source candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Explain job roles, eligibility, and other relevant details to candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth hiring processes.

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Details:

- Salary: 14,000 - 25,000 per month + Incentives
- Shift: Day Shift
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off
