Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the general department, ensuring adherence to established protocols and best practices.

- Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.

- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the attending physician.

- Offer support during emergency situations, providing immediate and effective care.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centric care and improve patient outcomes.

- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized setting within the healthcare facility.

- Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions to stay updated with current nursing practices.
