Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the general department.

- Assist in patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

- Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations accurately.

- Offer education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and post-treatment care.

- Participate in emergency support and respond promptly to critical situations.

- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
