Job Summary

We are looking for confident, presentable and energetic candidates for the position of Sales Officer. The candidate will travel with the company's sales/promotion to different market locations, conduct brand activation activities, promote products and generate sales through nearby retail shops.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel with the company's sales/promotional van to assigned market locations.
- Conduct brand promotion, product demonstrations and market activation activities.
- Promote company products to customers and retailers.
- Visit nearby shops/outlets and generate sales.
- Take orders and ensure product movement in the assigned market.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers and shopkeepers.
- Ensure proper product display and brand visibility.
- Explain product features, benefits and offers to customers/retailers.
- Identify new retail outlets and potential customers.




- Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily records of market visits, activities and sales.
- Share market feedback and competitor information with the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

- Male/Female candidates with a confident and presentable personality.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and shopkeepers.
- Energetic, proactive and comfortable with field work.
- Willing to travel across assigned markets along with the company van.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also be considered.
- Experience in FMCG / Ayurveda / Personal Care / Cosmetics / Beverage will be an advantage.
