About the job

As a Brand Management Executive/Associate, you would support a senior Brand Manager in overseeing execution and growth for a portfolio of globally renowned international brands distributed across India exclusively by AllThingsBaby. This is an execution-oriented role that enables you to directly contribute towards the long-term scale and sustainability of the ATB Brands Business

Responsibilities

Relationships: While the senior Brand Manager is the relationship lead for your portfolio of key brand partnerships, you would work actively with each of your brand partners to support their growth ambitions in India

Growth and distribution through seamless execution: You are responsible for end-to end ownership and execution of growth strategies for your brand portfolio and across all sales channels

Marketing campaigns: You would execute product launch campaigns,



360-degree brand building campaigns and promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Cross-functional collaboration: While implementing day-to-day responsibilities, you would work closely with website, marketing, marketplace operations, warehouse operations and customer service teams

Inventory management: You would own inventory procurement as well as inventory health for your brand portfolio

Reports management: You would formally report on monthly brand performance and marketing insights to each of your brand partners

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s degree in any field, preferred Tier 1 colleges

0-4 years full time work experience, preferably within an e-commerce or D2C retail setup

Must be proficient in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills & strong execution management skills
