Role Description The Brand Manager role at AKOGNOS LIFE SCIENCES is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance market presence, support product positioning, and drive growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing brand guidelines, coordinating with sales and medical teams, and monitoring brand performance through market research and analytics.

The Brand

Manager will oversee content and messaging across channels, manage relationships with external agencies and vendors,



and ensure that all brand activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards. The role also involves preparing regular performance reports, identifying new opportunities for brand development, and contributing to cross-functional projects that support the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and implement brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and portfolio management.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital and offline channels.
- Skills in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking to guide decision-making.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working with creative agencies, vendors, and external partners to deliver brand initiatives.
