We're looking for a highly skilled Brand & Creative Lead to take full ownership of how MetaRise Digital is presented to the world.

This is not a basic social media management role.

We're building MetaRise into a premium, modern, high-performance marketing agency, and we need someone who can make the brand look and feel like one.

If you're someone who understands branding, creative direction, B2B marketing, video production, design, and digital content at a professional level, this could be a great fit.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You will be responsible for building and maintaining the entire creative presence of MetaRise across our digital platforms.

Your responsibilities will include

- Brand strategy & visual direction
- Instagram & LinkedIn content
- High-end graphic design
- Short-form video / Reels
- Long-form video editing
- Video storytelling & creative direction
- B2B content creation
- Thought-leadership content
- Creative campaigns
- Content concepts, hooks & scripts
- Brand consistency across every platform
- Creative research & trend analysis
- Developing recent content formats and ideas
- Turning marketing concepts into premium visual content
- Continuously improving how MetaRise is positioned online

WE EXPECT PROFESSIONAL-LEVEL EDITING

You should be highly comfortable working with professional creative software, not just basic templates.

Experience with tools such as:

Adobe Premiere Pro

After Effects

Photoshop

Illustrator

DaVinci Resolve

Final Cut Pro

Cinema 4D / Blender or similar tools is a strong advantage.

You don't need to use every tool listed above, but your work needs to demonstrate professional-level editing, design, motion, composition, and visual storytelling.





We are looking for someone whose work immediately communicates:

"This is a serious agency."

YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND MARKETING

This isn't a purely creative position.

You need to understand why content is being created, who we're speaking to, and how content contributes to positioning, authority and business growth.

You should have experience working with:

- Marketing agencies
- B2B brands
- Professional services
- SaaS / technology
- Lead generation businesses
- Business-focused social media

Previous experience inside a marketing agency is required.

You should already understand the agency environment, client acquisition, positioning, offers, lead generation and B2B marketing.

THIS IS NOT A HAND-HOLDING ROLE

We are specifically looking for someone who can think independently.

We don't want someone waiting for:

"Here's what you should post."

"Here's the design."

"Here's the video idea."

"Here's the caption."

Instead, we want someone who can come to us and say:

"Here's what MetaRise should be publishing this week. Here's the creative direction. Here's why it works. And here's how I'm going to execute it."

You will be expected to:

Think → Strategize → Create → Execute → Improve.

You will have significant creative ownership.
