About the role

Kalawati Steels has sold steel and building material in Varanasi for over 35 years. Our Bachhaon branch runs fully on a live ERP. We are hiring the person who makes sure every bill, every bundle and every rupee at Bachhaon exists correctly in that system, and who finds out why when it does not. This is an audit and control job with a supervisor's authority over a team of five.

Work location: Kalawati Steels, Bachhaon, Varanasi. Interview at Head Office, Varanasi.

Full time, permanent, in office, 6 days a week.

What you will do

1. Own all branch data in the ERP: item masters, rate lists, brand, size and unit mapping (sut, pieces, kg), customer ledgers and credit limits.
2. Match every physical dispatch to an ERP entry and every ERP entry to a physical dispatch, every day.
3. Close the branch in the ERP daily. No day stays open.
4.



Log ERP faults to Head Office with screenshots and exact steps. No side registers, no workarounds.
5. Train each team member on their ERP screens and certify them before they work alone.
6. Surprise physical stock counts at least twice a month, reconciled to the ERP, every variance explained in writing.
7. Daily bill sampling: rate, unit, brand, quantity, weighbridge weight and GST checked against the approved rate list.
8. Daily cash audit: counter cash, UPI, cheques and bank credits matched to ERP receipts.
9. E-way bill and challan audit against every vehicle that leaves the yard.
10. Credit control: no customer crosses limit or credit days without the owner's written approval. Weekly overdue report.
