Role Description This is a full time, on-site Branch Receivables Manager role based in Gorakhpur.

The Branch Receivables

Manager will oversee the receivables portfolio for the branch, including monitoring customer accounts, tracking overdue payments, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves reviewing daily receivables reports, coordinating with branch teams to resolve discrepancies, and implementing effective follow-up processes to minimize delinquency and credit risk. The individual will also support cash flow forecasting,



prepare regular MIS and performance reports, and adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and audit requirements.

The Branch Receivables

Manager will collaborate with sales and credit teams to improve overall portfolio quality and contribute to branch performance targets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in receivables management, credit control, and collections processes.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, account reconciliation, and basic accounting practices.
- Ability to work with branch operations systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gorakhpur and collaborate with cross-functional branch teams.
