- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Ensure the clinic functions smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, discipline, and professionalism.
- Ensure all operational SOPs and company policies are followed.
- Coordinate with the corporate/operations team for branch requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor daily leads, consultations, conversions, packages sold, renewals, and collections.
- Drive recent client acquisition and package upgrades.
- Follow up on leads and ensure maximum conversion opportunities.
- Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Lead, motivate, and manage doctors, therapists, counselors, front-office staff, and other branch employees.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor staff productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify training requirements and coordinate with the relevant department.
- Maintain staff discipline, attendance,



punctuality, and grooming standards.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of branch-level manpower.
- Ensure excellent client experience and satisfaction.
- Handle client complaints, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
- Monitor client follow-ups, treatment adherence, and package renewals.
- Ensure proper communication of services, packages, offers, and clinic policies.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
