Branch In-Charge / Branch Manager

Job Summary The Branch In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, achieving sales and business targets, managing staff, ensuring the stocks on time delivery, and maintaining smooth administrative and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations efficiently.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Supervise and guide branch staff and monitor performance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues.
- Maintain stock/inventory and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with head office and other departments.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, and banking activities.
- Develop local marketing and business growth strategies.
