Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur, responsible for overseeing branch operations, sales performance, and customer service. This role includes managing the branch team, setting and tracking sales targets, and ensuring effective execution of marketing and promotional activities.

The Branch

Manager will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain and headquarters, and maintain accurate reporting on branch financials and KPIs. Daily tasks involve engaging with key customers and partners, resolving operational issues,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role also requires driving business development initiatives in the region and fostering a collaborative, performance-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage branch staff, with strong people management and team-building skills.
- Experience in sales and business development, including setting targets, tracking performance, and implementing growth strategies.
- Operational and administrative skills to manage branch processes, inventory control, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong customer relationship management capabilities, with a focus on service quality and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for internal coordination and external stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic business software; comfort working with reports and data analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in branch management, retail, FMCG, consumer electronics, or related sectors in India is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, travel locally as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
