Job Requirements :
- 8-20 years of experience in life insurance industry with expertise in agency management.
- Proven track record in developing successful agencies through strategic planning and execution.
- Robust understanding of APC (Agency Channel) business model and its applications in tied channel distribution networks.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
