Location: Ernakulam, Kottayam and Idukki

Required Experience:

3–7 years in NBFC, Banking, Gold Loan, or Financial Services, with relevant branch management

Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch operations, customer service, loan disbursement and administration.
- Drive business targets for Gold Loans, Investments, Insurance, Interest Collection and other products.
- Develop new business through customer acquisition, market expansion and local networking.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the branch team to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor sales, collections, portfolio quality and branch performance.
- Build solid customer relationships and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Ensure KYC/AML, RBI guidelines, internal policies and audit compliance.
- Prepare and submit accurate branch reports within timelines.
- Conduct local marketing and promotional activities to increase branch visibility and business.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Accounts, Compliance and other departments for smooth branch functioning.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate action during system, customer or other branch-level challenges.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
