We are hiring Branch Credit Manager | NBFC

Locations: Ramnagara

CTC: 2.0 LPA 4.5 LPA

Experience: 1 To 4 Years

Industry: NBFC / HFC / Financial ServicesProduct Experience Required

- Home Loans (HL)
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Micro Loans (ML)
- Secured Lending

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate and underwrite loan proposals as per company credit policy.
- Assess customer eligibility, income, financials and repayment capacity.
- Conduct credit appraisal and risk assessment of HL/LAP/ML proposals.
- Ensure proper verification and documentation before sanction/disbursement.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations and RCU teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit guidelines.

Candidate Profile




- 14 years of relevant experience in secured lending credit.
- Experience in HL/LAP/ML products is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of credit appraisal and underwriting.
- Positive analytical and decision-making skills.
- Candidates from NBFC/HFC/Banking background preferred.
