Job Summary

Lead and manage the operations of a branch, driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability while overseeing staff and implementing business strategies, Manage a Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day branch operations
- Achieve sales and revenue targets
- Lead and develop a team of staff
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor branch performance and implement improvements
- Maintain compliance with policies and regulations

Requirements:
- Any Graduate
- Automobile experience will be an added advantage
- Leadership and management skills
- Robust communication and customer service skill

Experience 3–5 years or more in automobile dealership / sales / service / branch operations preferred
