Job Summary The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering physiotherapy interventions, monitoring patient progress, and supporting patients in achieving functional independence and improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Assessment

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments.
- Assess pain, range of motion, muscle strength, mobility, posture, balance, and functional limitations.
- Identify appropriate physiotherapy goals based on the patient's condition.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.

2. Physiotherapy Treatment

- Provide appropriate therapeutic exercises and physiotherapy interventions.
- Perform manual therapy techniques as clinically indicated.
- Provide electrotherapy and other physical modalities as required.
- Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, flexibility, balance, coordination, and functional rehabilitation.
- Modify treatment plans according to patient progress.
- Ensure safe and effective delivery of treatment.

3. Patient Education

- Educate patients regarding their condition,



treatment plan, posture, exercise, and injury prevention.
- Demonstrate appropriate home exercise programs.
- Guide patients and caregivers regarding safe mobility and functional activities.
- Encourage patient participation and adherence to treatment programs.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution/university.

Experience

- Freshers can be considered.
- Clinical experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation will be an added advantage.
