We are looking for a clear-speaking Tamil Voice Process Executive to assist our Tamil-speaking customers over the phone. Your main role will be answering customer questions, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in Tamil.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Calls: Receive incoming calls (or make outgoing calls) to communicate with customers in Tamil.

Resolve Queries: Listen to customer issues regarding products, services, or billing, and provide quick solutions.

Data Entry: Enter customer details and call notes into the computer system during or after each call.

Follow-up: Follow up with customers if their issue requires extra time to solve.

Professional Courtesy: Maintain a polite, friendly, and helpful tone on every call.

Requirements & Qualifications

Language Skills: Excellent speaking and listening skills in Tamil (Basic English understanding is required for reading screen details).

Education: 12th Pass, Diploma, or any Graduate degree.

Experience: Freshers welcome; 0–1 year of call center experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
