1. Boiler Operation &
- Maintenance – 3 to 5 TPH

- Operate and monitor 3–5 TPH boiler as per SOP and safety procedures.

- Check boiler pressure, temperature, water level, fuel consumption, and operating parameters.

- Monitor feed-water system, feed pumps, blowdown, chemical dosing, and steam distribution.

- Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance of boiler auxiliaries.

- Check and maintain burners, pumps, valves, gauges, safety valves, and related equipment.

- Maintain boiler logbooks and record daily operating parameters.

- Carry out regular blowdown and ensure proper water-quality control.

- Identify abnormal conditions and take corrective action or inform the supervisor.

- Ensure compliance with applicable boiler safety and statutory requirements.

1. Chilling Plant Operation &
- Maintenance

- Operate and monitor the chilling plant/chiller system.

- Check chilled-water temperature, pressure, flow, compressor and condenser parameters.

- Monitor pumps, cooling towers, condenser systems, and associated equipment.

- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance.

- Maintain operating records and report abnormalities, leakages, vibration, or unusual noise.

- Ensure continuous chilled-water supply to production as required.

1. Brine Plant/System Operation

- Operate and monitor the brine system for required temperature and concentration.

- Check brine circulation pumps, valves, temperature, pressure, and flow.

- Maintain brine concentration as per process requirements.

- Inspect the system for leakage, corrosion, and abnormal operating conditions.

- Maintain records of brine-system parameters and chemical additions,



where applicable.

1. Water Softener Operation &
- Maintenance

- Operate the water-softening plant as per SOP.

- Monitor raw-water and soft-water quality/hardness.

- Carry out regeneration of the softener using salt/brine as required.

- Check valves, pumps, resin condition, and regeneration cycle.

- Maintain records of water hardness, regeneration, salt consumption, and operating hours.

1. RO Plant Operation &
- Maintenance

- Operate and monitor the RO plant.

- Check feed pressure, product-water flow, reject flow, conductivity/TDS, and differential pressure.

- Monitor cartridge filters, dosing systems, pumps, membranes, and related equipment.

- Carry out flushing/CIP and membrane cleaning as per SOP and requirement.

- Maintain RO operating and water-quality records.

- Report abnormal conductivity, pressure, flow, leakage, or membrane performance.

1. Preventive Maintenance

- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of utility equipment.

- Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns and major repairs.

- Maintain equipment checklists, maintenance records, and spare-parts requirements.

- Ensure housekeeping around utility equipment and maintain a clean and secure workplace.

1. Safety &
- Compliance

- Follow all EHS, SOP, PPE, LOTO, and permit-to-work requirements.

- Ensure safe operation of boiler, pressure equipment, electrical/mechanical systems, and chemical handling.

- Immediately report unsafe conditions, equipment abnormalities, and breakdowns.

- Participate in emergency drills and safety training.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,777.44 per month
