Key Responsibilities

1. BMS Design and Development:

o Design and develop Building Management Systems tailored to client specifications and energy efficiency requirements. o Create detailed design documents, including system architecture diagrams,

wiring diagrams, and control strategies using AutoCAD.

o Select appropriate instrumentation and hardware components for BMS installations.

1. Project Design Management:

o Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HVAC & electrical design team to ensure seamless co-ordination into BMS design.
1. Instrumentation and Component Selection:

o Identify and select appropriate instrumentation and components to ensure optimal system performance. Ensure that all selected instrumentation complies with industry standards and project requirements.
1. Knowledge of BMS Systems and Architecture:

o Maintain an in-depth understanding of various BMS systems, their architecture, and best practices for implementation.

o Stay updated with the latest advancements in BMS technology and energy management solutions.

1. Continuous Improvement:

o Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve BMS design and functionality. o Stay informed about current technologies and methodologies in BMS and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation

Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in designing and implementing Building Management

Systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation and its selection for BMS projects.
- Familiarity with various BMS systems and their architectures.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and control strategies.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IoT and smart building technologies.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency regulations and standards.
