Bachelor degree/ DMT, MLT(Blood BankTechnology/Lab Technology )
Experience:
0-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing blood grouping and Rh typing, crossmatching , antibody titer .
- Blood stock management.
- Co Ordinating with Other blood bank in maintaining the critical stock of blood units.
- Communicating with the bed Side staff in providing the blood transfusion service.
- Ensuring documentation of blood centre process.
- Ensuring filing of credit bills of blood products procured from outside blood bank to our blood storage centre.
- Ensuing return of blood transfusion feedback form along with the blood bags.
- Performing blood transfusion reaction workup and reporting it to technical Supervisor
Pay: ₹19,205.00 - ₹29,652.58 per month
