- Strong proficiency with Blender for modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, animation, and rendering of 3D assets and scenes.
- Advanced experience in Houdini for procedural workflows, particle effects, simulations (fluids, smoke, destruction), and VFX look development.
- Expert-level compositing skills in Adobe After Effects, including keying, tracking, rotoscoping, color correction, and multi-pass compositing.
- Solid understanding of VFX pipelines, shot structure, project organization, and integration of 3D renders into live-action footage.

- Ability to interpret creative briefs, provide visual solutions, and iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining quality.
- Solid sense of cinematography, composition, color, and timing, with attention to detail and realism or stylization as required.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with remote teams, plus strong time management and self-direction in a contract setting.
