Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Structural BIM Modeler with strong expertise in

Revit Structure to develop accurate BIM models, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver high-quality structural documentation as per international project standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage detailed structural BIM models using Revit.

- Prepare and coordinate structural drawings and documentation.

- Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination using Navisworks.

- Conduct model audits, QA/QC, and maintain LOD requirements.

- Handle

Scan-to-BIM, point cloud, and as-built modelling when required.

- Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, engineers, and project stakeholders.

- Advanced

Revit Structure, AutoCAD & Navisworks

.

- Robust knowledge of structural modelling and detailing.

- Experience in

RCC / Structural Steel projects.

- Knowledge of

BIM standards, LOD & ISO 19650 workflows

.

- International project experience (

UK / USA / Gulf

) preferred.

- Good communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in civil
