We are urgently hiring an experienced BIM Modeller (Electrical) for our team at Infopark Koratty.

nCandidates must be fluent in English and capable of independent communication with clients in Europe, America, and the Middle East.

n

nKey Responsibilities

nElectrical BIM Modelling using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD

nComplex coordination with multi‑discipline teams

nPreparation of LOD 400 & LOD 500 models

nShop drawings (SHD) and detailed documentation

nClash detection, resolution, and quality control

nIndependent handling of client meetings, technical discussions, and project updates

n

nHigh‑Priority Advantage

nStrong knowledge of full MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting)

nAbility to understand, coordinate, and resolve MEP service interactions

nExperience in multi‑discipline BIM workflows is given higher priority





nCapability to support MEP‑wide modelling and coordination when required

nRequired Skills

nMinimum 3 or 4 years experience as BIM Modeller – Electrical

nExpertise in Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD

nExcellent English communication skills

nAbility to solve complex modelling and coordination issues

nExperience with international projects preferred
