We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator – MEPF to lead MEPF BIM development, multidisciplinary coordination, model management, and project delivery. The role will involve close collaboration with architects, engineers, consultants, and BIM teams to ensure coordinated, accurate, and high-quality project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

1. MEPF BIM Development & Coordination

- Lead Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) BIM development using Autodesk Revit.
- Develop and maintain coordinated MEPF models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
- Coordinate MEPF models with Architectural and Structural disciplines.
- Review models for accuracy, constructability, design intent, and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues in collaboration with project stakeholders.

2. BIM Documentation & Deliverables

- Oversee the preparation of coordinated MEPF drawings, plans, sections, details, schedules, and construction documentation.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
- Manage revisions and deliverables in accordance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), naming conventions, and documentation standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of project documentation in line with agreed schedules.

3. Revit Content & BIM Standards

- Develop and manage custom parametric Revit families for MEPF components.
- Maintain standardized BIM content libraries, templates, and project standards.
- Provide technical guidance to BIM Engineers and Modelers on complex Revit modeling and family development.




- Promote consistent modeling practices and BIM standards across projects.

4. Model Management & Design Collaboration

- Manage BIM workflows using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Docs and Design Collaboration.
- Coordinate model sharing, package publishing, version control, and consultant inputs.
- Maintain model integrity, data consistency, and effective information exchange.
- Support collaboration between engineering, design, and BIM production teams.

5. Clash Detection & Multidisciplinary Coordination

- Conduct model reviews and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
- Identify and analyze clashes between MEPF, Architectural, Structural, and other disciplines.
- Prepare clash detection reports and coordinate issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Track coordination issues through to closure.
- Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings with internal teams and external consultants.

6. Team Management & Project Delivery

- Guide and mentor BIM Engineers and Modelers in day-to-day project execution.
- Allocate modeling and documentation tasks based on project priorities and team capacity.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Identify technical challenges and workflow bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain BIM and documentation standards.
- Provide regular updates on project status, coordination issues, pending inputs, and deliverables to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEPF BIM development and coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.





· Strong working knowledge of Navisworks Manage for model coordination and clash detection.
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Design Collaboration workflows.
- Experience in developing and managing custom Revit families and BIM content.
- Strong understanding of MEPF systems, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction documentation.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, design requirements, and consultant inputs.
- Experience in guiding BIM teams and coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

- BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
- ISO 19650 standards and workflows
- BIM standards, templates, and process development
- Dynamo and Revit automation
- BIM productivity and coordination tools

What We’re Looking For We are looking for a technically strong BIM skilled who can take ownership of MEPF BIM coordination and project delivery, lead BIM teams, maintain quality standards, and work effectively with multidisciplinary project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Revit MEP, Navisworks, multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, and BIM project workflows, along with the ability to guide and mentor a BIM team.
