Job position: Billing/QS engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and Contractor/Sub-contractor Bills.
2. Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, and BOQs from drawings.
3. Take and verify site measurements as per actual executed work. 4.Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per structural drawings.

4. Maintain monthly material reconciliation and consumption statements.
5. Review drawings, specifications, and BOQ requirements.

7.Maintain billing and quantity-related records. 8.Rate analysis

Candidate profile

- Positive material knowledge, specification
- Trouble-shooter
- Excellent MS office skills and Multi task handling
