Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity measurement, contractor bills, and cost documentation for real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation, verification, and submission of bills as per approved drawings, BOQs, work orders, and site measurements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify RA Bills, subcontractor bills, and client bills based on actual site measurements.
- Check quantities as per BOQ, drawings, specifications, work orders, and contracts.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain proper measurement records.
- Prepare Measurement Sheets (MS), Abstract Sheets, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Verify contractor/subcontractor bills and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Project, Site, QS, Purchase, Accounts, and Commercial teams for billing-related activities.
- Track work progress and compare executed quantities with approved quantities.
- Identify quantity variations, deviations, and additional works and maintain proper records.
- Prepare variation statements and reconciliation statements for materials and quantities.




- Ensure bills are submitted within project timelines and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and project cost reports.
- Review work orders, rate analysis, and contractual terms related to billing.
- Maintain records of certified bills, deductions, advances, retention, and other recoveries.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants for clarification and resolution of billing issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, project specifications, and contractual requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction billing and quantity surveying.
- Good understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, and contracts.
- Knowledge of civil, finishing, MEP, and other construction activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Positive analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/project billing software will be an advantage.

Qualification B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Experience

Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or large-scale real estate construction projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
